  • Fixed — in our maintenance packages, you are guaranteed a number of hours where we guarantee updates to your website, security and advice.

With a service level agreement (NDA) for guaranteed response times, we provide our continuous support through monthly reports, informing you if there are or were any problems and resolving them quickly and accurately.
